report the potential abuse to authorities (the Child Abuse Hotline
is 800-292-9582), but adults do not always know what to look for.
Attorney General Biden has teamed up with the YMCA and Prevent Child
Abuse Delaware to bring the Darkness to Light Foundation’s Stewards
of Children Training to the First State.
