Delaware State Housing
Authority offers the Delaware
Emergency Mortgage Assistance
Program (DEMAP). DEMAP
is a loan program that
provides Delaware homeowners
with assistance in preventing
residential mortgage
foreclosures that result from
circumstance beyond the
homeowner's control.
