This is the Attorney General's decision on the above referenced Complaint.
A formal Complaint was initiated by Milton Morozowich by letter dated August 4, 1995 and received by the Attorney General on August 14, 1995. The Complaint alleges several violations of the Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA") by the Woodbridge Board of Education (the "Board") in connection with a special meeting of the Board held on July 19, 1995.
